Rushed updates and poor support

  • I was a fan of Rankmath, and although I’ll probably continue using the pro version to the end of my subscription, I have real concerns about their approach to compliance issues.

    The implementation of the Pros and Cons schema is incorrect and leads to invalid and potentially damaging output. Any attempt to discuss this with support falls on deaf ears. Even sending links to documentation to show how their implementation is incorrect does not prompt any meaningful discussion.

    Aside from the specifics of this issue, the sloppy approach to compliance and the tone of the support responses give me great cause for concern about how the rest of the plugin is written.

    However, we have implemented the Pros and Cons in the review Schema according to Google’s guidelines. Can you please confirm if there is a specific Schema type that you are concerned about?
