    Hi,
    I face RuntimeException thrown , A_Gallery_Storage_Frame_Event does not exist error message in my website. You can see https://www.cuemm.org/ site to check error message at bottom of homepage. php 5.6.28 and mysql 5.6.34 My plugin is in last version.

    It’s also giving 500 internal server error on ngg_display_settings and ngg_other_options pages.

    Also if you ask me to disable and enable all plugins starting with ngg. I did. Nothing changed.

    @colderthanice – Sorry to read you are having these issues. When you were checking for conflicts, did you also temporarily switch to a default WordPress Twenty series theme and start with only NextGEN Gallery as the first/only active plugin?

    Also to note, there are two errors being reported (based in your theme) in the browser console, I would recommend addressing those seen (they are not directly related to NextGEN Gallery but could be part of the issue all the same).
