    Hi there!

    Taking a quick look at the error above, there seems to be a conflict with one of the plugins or theme installed on the site.

    Before we test for a conflict though, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status to see if we can narrow down anything obvious?

    * You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
    * Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Hi Aashik,

    I get this error when i try to log to my website using the wordpress admin. However, at the front end, the website and the woocommerce shop works as required. However, i cannot login using wordpress to make any changes and it throws the error mentioned above. Therefore, i also cant send you the woocommerce system screenshot!

    Hello Prash,

    Thank you for getting back to us with your findings.

    Since you cannot access the backend of WordPress at all, it is likely a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme on your site.

    Generally, we’d recommend performing a conflict test as per the instructions in – How to Test for Plugin and Theme Conflicts documentation

    However, that will not work without access to Dashboard. I’d recommend reaching out to your web host and requesting them to make a complete backup of the site, and then perform a conflict test by disabling the plugin folders, or changing the WordPress theme via phpMyAdmin.

    This should help you narrow down what’s causing this behavior.

    Thanks all ok. I removed the faulty plugin.
