    Hi Support,

I’m doing some development work on a local build of WordPress using XAMMP on Windows 10. I’m using port 81. I have authorisation set for All and Granted and rewrites switched on.

The WordPress application and content folder is a copy straight from live. As is the database. The Woo Tabbed Category Product Listing is working fine on the live version but on the local I’m only seeing the shortcode [wtcpl-product-cat] on the page.

I’ve deactivated and reinstalled with no result and no new plugins have been installed.

    Woocommerce is functioning normally.

    Any ideas?

    Eddie

    Hi Eddie,

Is woocommerce active in your local version? What is the version number of woocommerce?
Can you send a screenshot of all the plugins you have installed in local?

    Thanks

    Hi,

Woocommerce is active and working correctly. I can use the standard shop page.

    The live site is: https://drapers.clearbrand.co.uk/

Enter RG5 to pass through to the products page

    The error I’m getting is:

    ===========
do_shortcode_tag was called incorrectly. Attempting to parse a shortcode without a valid callback: wtcpl-product-cat Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. (This message was added in version 4.3.0.)

    Hi Eddie,

Despite trying a lot we could not duplicate the same error in many different php versions, wordpress versions and plugins. We updated the plugin yesterday that adds some more checks and changed some code. Please try updating to the latest version and see what happens. Let us know the error details – if any.

    Thanks
