Running WordPress on Corporate Windows Server without FTP

I am Trying to update WordPress, themes and Plugins but it is asking me to enter Host Name, FTp User and Password??

I don’t have FTP on the box, how do make it work so that it updates automatically??

Any Help would be great!!!
