I recently tried to integrate printful into my woocommerce store. The plugin seemed to conflict with the theme I use, which I have been using for 2 years without issues, and keep up to date.

After installing printful, connecting and adding a printful product, there were issues with not being able to add the product to the cart in some browsers.

I tried to navigate to the themes page to change the theme, but got an out of memory error every time, so I disabled the plugin.

Now I can change the theme and add the product to the cart. unfortunately something that the plugin must have done on installation has also caused major portions of my woocommerce backend to start throwing out of memory errors.

Now I understand that the typical response to a post like this is to say “must be a theme issue” but the reality is, I have kept the site up and running, updated and clear of issues for 2 years, and had no memory issues or anything until installing the printful plugin. My store is currently unusable, since I can not load any of the order pages to fufill orders.

    Hey,

First of all, sorry for late response!

The plugin itself does not leave anything behind after you remove it, so it is very unlikely that any problems might come up after removing it. We need to take a closer look at your case, to determine the real cause of the issues and if they are related to the plugin. Please contact our customer support over at https://www.printful.com/support and provide then with a link to this topic and URL’s etc to your site.
