    Hello,

I would like to use your plugin for a WordPress website. However, I run into problems here.

Whenever I save the settings there is a 500 error on the page. According to error_log this is a redirect error.

I suspect that the permalinks and any stored redirects are causing problems.

I also have the plugins on the page:
    WPML and Permalink Manager running.
The Permalink Manager offers a feature to identify duplicate permalinks. But the Permalink Manager says there are no duplicates.

For WPML I have installed the extension “Events Manager and WPML Compatibility”. (didn’t solve the problem either)

One more thing is particularly noticeable. Under Settings > Pages > Permalink Structure the example URL is shown as:
    https://myurl.tld/de//events/2012-olympics/
is given. So with DOUBLE slash. Not sure if this is the problem, but it looks to me like the best way that should be solved.
Unfortunately I have no idea how to solve this.

    One last thing I have.
I had previously created a custom post type “events” via the CPT UI plugin. Maybe there is still a conflict with the Custom Post Type “events” – but I don’t think so – in the database I deleted the created events (from CPT).

    Can someone help?

    Thanks a lot !
