    Hi @fncll,

Thank you for reaching out to us for assistance. It sounds like there may have been a problem during the installation or update of the plugin. Could you try going to WordPress Dashboard > Plugins > Installed Plugins, deactivate and remove the Smash Balloon Instagram Feed plugin, and then click Add New and re-install the plugin and recreate the feed?

If the problem persists after this please send us a support ticket at https://smashballoon.com/support/ and if possible, include the System Info from the Help page of the plugin settings.

    Best regards,

    Louis

Exact same problem here. Clean install or disabling other plugins does not work. How to fix?

I had the same problem. Contacted the support now. But I am wondering, why the support can not post any helpful information to this problem here.

    Hi @debe13,

Thanks for contacting us! Often times this type of issue can be corrected by updating the plugin to the newest version or uninstalling the plugin and doing a fresh install, but sometimes this could also be caused by specific conflicts on the site that we’ll need to investigate further. Thank you for submitting a support request, we’ll be happy to check into this further!

    Thanks!

Same problem here, but I noticed that the problem is the AdGuard extension on my browser.

Just confirming that disabling AdGuard extension on my browser solved the admin settings blank screen issue.

Thank you for your help. I figured out, that it was indeed, the AdGuard Extension on my computer.
