Run Over By A Bus?

I am a freelance web developer in the process of negotiating a contract with a medium sized corporation in the southeastern US. They have requested I include the ‘Run Over By A Bus’ clause in the contract, where I specify a company or individual who can assume the project in the unfortunate instance that I perish or became incapcitated. The content portion of the website will be developed primarily in WordPress, with about 100 pages and some custom forms and media.
