    I had square working perfectly, and the upgrade stopped my ability to get transactions from woocommerce to square.

    Unfortunately, I didn’t notice that no payments from square were coming in, but still saw woocommerce orders.

    I have disconnected and reconnected to square and appear to be running normally, but I’m missing payments in square for several successful transactions in woocommerce.

    Is there a way to run those transactions that woocommerce completed through square now that my integration is correct?

    I understand that customers’ orders were showing normally in WooCommerce for the whole time, but the payments never made it to your Square account, is that correct?

    We’ve seen a few cases like this in the past where Transaction Type under WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Square was set to Authorization: https://cld.wthms.co/QpVVGt

    If that’s the case, the payment will be put On-Hold until you change order status to Processing or Completed. You can do this on the order page, by changing order status in the dropdown and clicking Update: https://cld.wthms.co/kjZ0Vc

    Please also note that Square normally holds such pre-authorized transactions for up to a week for review. If the orders are older than this, I’d recommend to get in touch with them directly.

    Alternatively if Transaction Type in your settings was set to Charge for the whole time but the payments still didn’t show up on your Square account, please create an administrator account for [email protected] on your site and submit a support ticket at https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/

    Please also include the System Status Reports and numbers of the orders that weren’t processed through Square.

    I had everything set up correct, the plugin missed about 12 transactions from being funded to the account.

    I submitted a ticket and made an admin account.

    BTW. When contacting Square you might want to reference this article, as far as I understand it they might hold certain transactions for review when business account setup isn’t complete:
