Run moving clips as background template? How to?

Hello folks.
For a long time I’ve been running WordPress 4.4.2 as my reference page and it is great in its execution and job. I have a static image as a background.

I now wanted to run a motion film as a backdrop. How can I with easy ways clear such a change? Teams are Ultra Premium, image width pix 1250.
