Run feed on specific days with specific metafields

    Hi, can we create feeds that will run only specific days of the week and on these days export different meta fields? For example, From Monday to Friday the feed will export all product data with an additional feed for available delivery days. On Saturday and Sunday the feed will export the same product data but the availability field will be a different one. Or we could create a function ro read this metafield on specific days if functions are supported. If this is something we can achieve with the Pro Version (we use the free one) please let me know.

    Currently, we do not offer a feature to schedule feed auto-updates on specific days of the week or export different meta fields on those days. However, you can achieve this by using a server cron to run auto-feed updates. This allows you to set the specific time and day when the auto-feed update event should occur. You can find detailed instructions on how to set up the command here.

    Regarding the availability date, the method you’re trying to use won’t be possible. However, you can dynamically change the product availability data for a backorder item based on the current date. We can provide custom code that will help you add 7 days (or any number) to the current date.
