I hope you are doing well today. Does the YITH request a quote plugin offer a shortcode of the request a quote button? Can we pass the variation id using that shortcode?

If the answer is yes then you can replace the Add to Cart button with the Request a Quote button.

so if I get the add to quote button shortcode you can tell where to add it to replace on the variants?

Please make sure the shortcode accepts ID. For example: [SOME_SHORTCODE ID="36"]. Here 36 is a variation ID.

In that case, I can suggest you some snippet for a try.

there’s no shortcode. Is there another way?

Please try this code inside your child theme’s functions.php or use a plugin called Code Snippets and add this code as a snippet.

BUT the “Add to quote” button stills lays outside the product variation table, which doesn’t make a lot of sense because users may add through that button, and it doesn’t have any specifications, so it’s kind of useless at the time of requesting the quotes.
