• If you are abroad and want to try their plug-in for free, you should know that with the currency conversion rate you will lose at least 12$ and that they do not refund the difference. You should also know that other very similar plug-ins will refund you the loss of the conversion fees, they keep their promises of a free trial. This is not the case for Cart Flow. Make your choice carefully!

Hi @lemagicienbio, Adam here. I am one of the co-founders of CartFlows.

First off, thanks for taking the time to write a review here even though it gives CartFlows a poor impression. Let me try to unpack your review here and shed some light on some of the statements made.

First, you said “Terrible Customer Service”. After reviewing your ticket history, I see you have opened up a total of 3 tickets. Here is a brief snapshot of those tickets, how long we took to respond, and what the resolution was:
    – March 12th you opened a ticket asking us how to install CartFlows Pro. Even though the ticket was opened at 9:30 pm on a Friday, we responded in 5 hours and pointed you to the instructions.
    – March 14th you opened a ticket asking us about functionality that CartFlows and CartFlows Pro doesn’t provide. Keep in mind, we are very clear on the features that CartFlows and CartFlows Pro offer, and it’s very easy to contact us with presale questions. Again, even though it was Sunday at 9:51 pm, we responded in 45 minutes with the answer to your question.
    – March 14th you opened a ticket asking for a refund right after we responded to the previous ticket. We immediately issued a full refund.

We issued you a FULL refund immediately without any questions or delays. We fully stand by our product and stand by providing excellent support to all of our users.

Since CartFlows is a US-based company, the only currency we accept is US dollars USD.

Generally, when a customer makes a payment from a different currency, their bank charges a USD conversion fee based on the currency conversion rate at that time.

A similar process happens vice versa when we process the refund for the purchase.

Sometimes, customers get an extra or lesser amount during the refund transaction because of different currency conversion rates. We never deduct any amount in the form of processing fees, etc. from our customers.

WE ALWAYS REFUND 100% OF THE PURCHASE PRICE!

In your case – The difference you received is because of the bank currency conversion rates. We processed the full payment from our end & and even sent you proof of that.

You were looking for us to compensate for the conversion fees that your bank has charged, it is something we can’t do. As you can imagine, it’s 100% beyond our control.

The conversion rates vary from time to time and that is something out of our bounds and can only be handled by the respective bank.

Currency conversion rates are 100% beyond our control and this is how 100% of foreign currency transactions work.

To say that our customer service is terrible is not accurate. We swiftly responded to every question you sent our way, even when it was outside of our support hours. When you asked for a refund we immediately issued a 100% refund.

I understand that you are not happy about the exchange rate your bank seems to have charged you and I am sure if you contact your bank (as they are the ones that converted your currency to USD), they may be able to do something for you.
