Run away !!!!!!!

  • Thank you for screwing up my weekend!!!

    I had a really bad experience by using your plugin. My mistake was that I’ve activated it on Friday night and after that I went to sleep. Wrong choice! I spent the whole weekend cleaning up the comments.

    I’ve got 873 spam comments in about 10 hours!! I’ve contacted my developer and he starts laughing after he had a look at the plugin’s code. In less than 15 minutes he was able to create a simple php script using CURL and started to post spam comments to my web site(just to prove that the plugin is incapable to stop the spammers).

    Dude, if you have no ideea what you’re doing, let others to create such plugins. I think that other solutions like Security-protection is much more reliable.

    Sorry the plugin did not work for you (and ruined your weekend). I have used it successfully on my own site as well as the site of some clients. No solution is perfect and as a developer of an open source solution I rely on feedback from the community to improve the quality of my solution.

    I would love to make improvements to my plugin to cover any vulnerabilities that have been identified by your developer.

    Please share as much information as you can, especially helpful would be the code from the CURL script you said your developer wrote.

    If that ruined your weekend, you had other problems, dude. There is no 100% way to stop hackers, they are going to be jerks no matter what. I am sure Matt will refund 100% of the price you paid for the plugin…nothing, lol.
