    I have reviewed your screenshot and all settings are correctly configured.

    It would be good that you can also share the cart/checkout page screenshot so we can get an idea about it.

    Or it might be possible that there is another plugin conflicting with our plugin and not working properly.

    Hey there,

    I thought so. I have a plugin for autocompleting the ZIP code, I will try deactivating it and activating again.

    I will get back here when I get it working.
