Rules not applying to translated pages

I only need that a small portion of my products utilize your plugin for decimal quantities. If I set the site rule with minimum quantity and step at 1, then set a rule for my decimal quantity products, the decimal counter works fine in English product page, but not in the translated page of Japanese, which seems to follow the site rule. I tried reversing this, setting the site rule to .25/.25 and then making a rule for all the other products to only have whole numbers for min and step. Again, the Eng. and Jap. products respond perfectly to the whole site rule, and the Japanese page following the minor rule (whole numbers) is showing decimal units (the site rule). Any suggestions?
