Rules not applying to everyone

First of all, great plugin!

I’ve set up a rule to allow purchase only in increments of 2, and checked the product categories where I wanted to use this rule. I also checked all the user roles, including guest, so that this would apply to everyone.

However what I noticed is that the rule is applied only to the guest users, not logged in ones such as me (administrator) even though the Administrator role is checked in the rule settings.

Not sure what’s going on, and the role setting is useful, but maybe you could make the role optional – ie, the rule would apply to everyone, except if you activate the role setting and then chose what users it would apply to.
