Rules for products/categories not working

I have reviewed your query that, our basic plugin settings are not working on your site.

It might be possible that there is a version conflict or your active theme or other plugins overriding the settings and not working for you.

Your settings are correct and it should work as per default settings.

We have reviewed the same settings in our live demo and it is working fine.
