Rules for non Superadministrator to add new booking

Hello! I have a problem with your plugin on my website. I need manager to add and manage bookings with her accaunt, but it already doesn’t work. Manager see white screen or message like not enough rights when pressed “Add book” on calendar. Even I make him administrator at user settings. What rules must have user to add book?
