• I want to use the plugin, because I think it will be helpful, but I can install it and that’s it. I make rules and they don’t save. I deleted the app, flushed cache, reinstalled it and it still doesn’t save any rules. There’s a message that says that settings were updated, but there are no saved rules in the dashboard.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • I have this same issue. We use the elementor plugin on our site. When we deactivated it, heartbeat would then save the settings. However, we need elementor to run so we don’t have a solution for this. Any help would be appreciated.

I also have elementor and elementor pro. I didn’t deactivate them though to see if that’s an issue.

Same problem here, disabling Elementor didn’t help, by disabling all the plugins one by one on a staging site I discovered that the Buddypress plugin was the one causing the issue. Bit of a problem when it’s a social media type site.

I still have the problem with heartbeat and Buddypress, is there any likelihood that this can be addressed?

    Thanks
    Chris
