    Here I will set guidelines for publishing Topis. These guidelines apply to me and are an info for you.

    – If a topic is older than one week and I have not received an answer, the topic is considered resolved.

    – If I have fixed a bug to a topic in one of the versions, I set the topic to resolved. If the bug still exists, you can check the corresponding checkbox when replying, or you can create a new topic.

    Important: If Helpful should cause a fatal error, the Helpful folder must be changed with FTP. Go to the wp-content/plugins/ folder and rename helpful. Then delete Helpful and reinstall it. Often I fixed the bug 1 minute after the update, because I don’t notice it until I update my websites.
