    Hi

    The rule update failed on our new website which goes live tommorow. Anyone know why this is. We have wordfence on another site and there’s no problem.
    The message we get after clicking “Manually update” is “No rules were updated.Please verify you have permission to write to the wp/content/wflogsdirectory.”

    Any help is appreciated.

    Hi @nathang828, thanks for getting in touch.

    Make sure you have the latest updates to Wordfence and WordPress, then try deleting the rules.php file in wp-content/wflogs. Wordfence will automatically regenerate the file (usually within 30 minutes.)
