Rule not adding after saving

    Hi, I need to setup a rule to redirect to previous page after login but it seems rule is not adding after saving the button.

    Even if I add the rule and click on save changes it is showing me that no rule added.

    Hi Sam,

    Which WP version are you using?

    What happens if you click Add rule, modify it and then save the options?
