Rule is lost when saved

    I’m trying to add one rule to my custom CSS, which is as follows:

    canvas {
    -ms-touch-action: double-tap-zoom;
}

    However, when I save the CSS, the rule becomes empty:

    canvas {
}

    What’s going on?
