Rule if no price is available

    Hello
    If no price is available I want to set the price automatically to a fixed value. But when exporting the price is still 0,00.

    How should the rule look like?

    Hi @tudorf,

    Try removing the Euro sign and only use numbers. Generally there’s no need to use any currency sign on the rules.

    Hi Martin,

    Just to be sure is the sale price actually have value set or not? If not, then you might want to try the is empty rule/condition.

    You could also try the less than 1 rule

    I have tested the different options. unfortunately without success.

    • Price is less than 1
    • Price is empty
    • Price is less than
