Ruins formatting and CSS across site

  • Hi, I’m not sure if this is just an issue with a new version since nobody else seems to have reported it, but right now the plugin is entirely broken.

    Upon activation it overwrites CSS and sets the site text to 12px Arial (jsn-general.css is the culprit here), but even worse it seems to remove formatting from posts causing multiple paragraphs to smoosh together into big blobs of text. I have had a couple of other people test it to make sure it’s not just me! ??

    Oh and one final thing. It seems it’s impossible to deactivate IG Free Shortcodes while the page builder is active. Maybe that’s by design, but you do get the “plugin deactivated” message when trying this even though it doesn’t actually deactivate so maybe changing that message to inform users that they can’t deactivate would be better.

    Do you have a Github or anything where you accept fixes? I’d be happy to at least try and sort some of this out myself.

  • Yes, Shellbot I have the same problem, it overrides the CSS and the most worst thing is that makes conflict with Qtranslate ( I have multi-language site. This is very beautiful plug-in, but seems I can not use it.

    i have just updated the plugin to latest 1.0.8 version and it still happens the css override.

    Any ideas?

    The issue is in line 29 of joomlashine/jsn-general.css file:

    .jsn-master {
font-size: 12px;
line-height: 1.5em;
font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;
}

    Hi, i have found that icomoon css also overrides, i think the solution would be to only enqueue css for admin and not front view, but that is an opinion.

    The bug related to css overriding was solved and will be included in next version of IG PageBuilder, with a bundle of features and improvements, ready to get it guys? ??
