Ruined some image quality, backup not working

    Some of my image got really horrible quality, noisy beacuse of heavy compression. Thats okay if you don’t care about quality, it made 180k image to 30k. Many cases it may works, but why not asking? It just over-compressed half of my images, now it was an hour to recover them, because recover from backup did not worked.
    Very disappointing. Next time I will be more careful about automated plugins.

    I am not sure what happened with the restoration, but from our tests and from what our clients are reporting, everything is working correctly.

    We’d be more than happy to take a look at your site if you think there is an issue. In addition, please notice that you can always recompress your images with a less agressive method, there’s no need to restore :-).
