• I used this app and it ruined a majority of my images! Im freaking out. Now most of the images on my site are giving me a blank square with a ? mark inside it. The images when I go to my media also display this square with a ?. When I click on the image in my media then the image shows up. So what happened?!?!?
Anyone have any advice or feedback!

This plugin cannot ruin your website. If you turn the plugin off, whatever it does goes back to normal. So you can try this first, you really don’t need to freak out, everything is fine. Then if issue with a plugin or anything, checking your PHP Error Logs should be the first thing to do.

I am not sure what you meant by “Ok wow it even did it to my profile image! Look to the left of this post!”. Do you mean your profile image in the WordPress forum? That would basically mean that my plugin has telekinesis power ?? I am not sure what’s happening on your machine but that can’t be my plugin or any other.

Im sorry I sounded a bit harsh in that post. Day full of frustrations got to me. Didn’t mean to take it out on you. I love this plug in and have seen it do wonderful things to sites.
That being said, it did have an effect on my photos. I downloaded the plug in and batch generated my images. After that was finished is when the photos on my site changed the the square with ?
I deleted the plug in and it was still there. This may just be a coincidence in timing, but it seems odd to have happened right after I used the plug in.
Any ideas why this might be happening? I recognize this may be a question for the larger WP forum.

To be honest, I have no idea at all, the only way to find out would be to do it again then:

    – check the PHP Error Logs
    – simply look at the HTML and how the images are coded to understand why they are not found

It’s pretty easy to do but then you would have to let your website “dead” for a bit while I check so that might be a bit annoying for you. Or you can ask to a developer next to you if you have one available.
