Rubbish support. Subscription cancelled.

I bought a 5 site/1 year subscription for the TI WooCommerce Wishlist WordPress Plugin.
Last week it caused one of my websites to crash (fatal exception). I use a backup and restore service so got it back up and running quite quickly.
I contacted support via chat on the Template Invaders website nine days ago. I included a log report. No answer, still. Then I emailed them, twice. No answer, nothing.
Terrible support. Do not expect any help from them if something goes wrong.
