This is a serious allegation on us and you have to prove it.

You are directly logged in from your web server through the plugin and looks you are confusing with the new login location. Its your web server. Not anyone else. You can check your web server location.

You should contact support before giving false reviews.

I’ve removed your link form your review (as per our guidelines, we don’t allow those), and removed the excessive amount of exclamation points in your post.

There’s nothing “false” about this review, it sounds like the user is having a hard time understanding how your plugin works, I would say this is an excellent opportunity to work with each other to find out what was confusing, and how it can be improved upon.

I’d mention that Instagram has oAuth, so you can do a better integration than storing the users username and password in the users database.
