I am using the CTB browser, which is Chrome optimized. I’ve enabled flash because apparently agora needs flash. if I click the little blue button, I get asked for the RTMP server and stream key. I can’t find those in my project management edit area for my channel. If I click the blue plugin icon, it asks for the external link. I assume that is the channel url that you hand out to others, so I plug that in. Nothing happens. If I mouse over to the square in the far right, I’m supposed to be able to share my screen. I am using WP 5.3.2 Does your app work with this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

The blue button that prompts you to enter an RTMP server and stream key are meant for instances where you want to push your live stream to YouTube or Vimeo or another service that supports RTMP. When you start a live stream on YouTube or Vimeo it gives you the option to stream using their UI or you can publish your own stream. When you select the publish your own stream option, both services provide you with an RTMP url (begins with rtmp://) and a Stream Key, use these values to push your live stream to these services.

I have updated the FAQ to address your question and how to hide those UI elements if you don’t want your broadcaster to see them.

What is the purpose of the RTMP and external URL buttons?
How can I hide the RTMP and external URL buttons?
