rtMedia v4.4

    Since installing rtMedia 4.4 you cannot send updates to the BuddyPress Groups wall.
    The button is missing = no updates can be made. It is just a place to write with no option to send it anywhere. It does not work.

    In Forum section you can still write as usual.

    Just deleted rtMedia and wallposts work again as usual. Something wrong with version 4.4.

    Hopefully it’s fixed soon.

    Hello @sarkku,

    Sorry for the inconvenience you have faced.

    BuddyPress group wall post should work fine. Could you please once try switching to any default theme of WordPress ( 2016/2017 etc) and deactivating other plugins ( except rtMedia and BuddyPress )?
    This will really help us to debug the cause of this issue by eliminating possible conflicts.

    Additionally, please mention which theme is currently activated on your website?

    Thank you for your quick response. Very kind of you.

    The same problem is in the test environment. Once I updated rtMedia to 4.4 the button sending updates to group walls disappeared.

    When deleting rtMedia plugin, the button was there again.

    Unfortunately there is so much traffic in the website that I cannot change the theme.

    We are using Kleo theme (https://seventhqueen.com/) and the site is in Finnish (language).
