Go to enigma theme directory -> open rtl.css file -> paste the below CSS in end of the file and save the file –

.enigma_blog_thumb_wrapper h2 a{
	float: right;
}
.enigma_blog_read_btn {
    float: right;
}
.post-content-wrap {
    padding: 22px;
}

For you 3rd issue please use translation plugin.
