Sorry to disappoint you, but at the moment, wpDataTables is not fully compatible for RTL.?
You can only try to devise some custom CSS to make it work, but native RTL support is still being developed.
Unfortunately, we don’t have an ETA on this yet.
If you wish to affect the development speed for it, you can add a development suggestion or upvote it if another user already did so.
