RTL in new ticket

Hi
First I need to thank you for such great plugin.

The only problem I am currently facing is making it work in RTL mode. Everything works just fine but the body message form of a new ticket.

Apparently it uses iframe with dir=”ltr”. I could not find the specific file which contains this particular part.

Could you guide me somehow to resolve this issue of RTLing?
