RTL: Continue reading arrow direction

Currently the arrow is $rarr;, always pointing for ltr languages.
It’s hard coded and not configurable (tempera/includes/theme-loop.php, arround line 115).

I suggest : $text .= is_rtl() ? '← ' : '→ ';

In this and other similar places.
And if the arrows (← and →) are configurable – the better.
