RTL – content and layout do not correspond

it changes their direction and so it gets all wrong.
What could be the reason for this?

It looks to me that since your product names are already in hebrew, the language management does not pick up on this and hence reverse everything, even your product titles which already correct.

Does it work ok, when you create a new product from scratch?

OK – thanks: manually creating a new product resulted in an OK product.
BUT: I deleted all the products and uploaded a new CSV sheet – they are all garbled. I thought it’s something to do with the (google sheets) CSV format, maybe it being RTL, but no: uploading a sheet that’s aligned to the left still doesn’t matter.

Was the site language set to Hebrew before uploading your CSV file?

If you have products that work properly, Another thing you can try is to export those existing products, replace the values, and import back into your store. – that way you’ll have a CSV with the correct formatting to use as a template.

Yes, and I did try uploading two files. There weren’t products that ‘worked’, but thanks for the thought ?? .

Thanks for sharing the System Status Report. Nothing in it stands out as a problem.

As you need to save the file as CSV, any alignment formatting won’t be saved.

When you save the CSV, can you please make sure your csv file is in UTF-8 format?
