RSVPs export blank CSV

I’m trying to export RSVPs from my event to import into a Zoom meeting registration, but all I’m getting is the column headers. Am I missing something ridiculously simple, or does this only work with actual tickets?

I’ve tried it with attendees both checked in and not checked in… I’ve tried exporting with attendees selected and not selected. Same results every time.
