I am the webmaster for a club and do all the event calendar entries. This means all RSVP come to me instead of the event host.

Is there anyway to send the RSVP email to another email address without having to login as the host? This would require additional rights we cannot give the host.

If this is something covered already, I could not find it in the support forum.

You should be able to enter multiple addresses, separated by a comma, in the RSVP To field.

I guess, I need to clarify, sorry.

I want to send an event to one host, then the next event could go to another host. Sometimes we would have several events happening at the same time and would need to RSVP to different hosts during the same time frame.

I need to assign an email to each event separately, by the event, not in the global settings.

    Is that possible?

    Thanks

Yes, the address you specify on the Settings > RSVPMaker page is a default, but you can set an RSVP To address for individual events. You can do that in the Gutenberg sidebar (click the calendar icon in the upper right hand corner to display all the options) or by going to the RSVP / Event Options screen (link on the black admin menu at the top of the page).

    Thanks again David.

I see the feild you mention.

To get this right (in my head) populating this field will send the notifications to this address as well as the default address, Is that correct?

If so, that’s exactly what I was looking for.

I tested it and this is what I needed. AND I added 3 emails addresses, separated by commas and I received responses from each of them. This is exactly what I was looking for.

I will look at using this plugin again as it is almost perfect for what I was looking for.

Thanks for the quick response and the guidance.

    Please mark this SOLVED!!!!

    Great, thanks

To clarify, the default RSVP To email inherited from the Settings screen (or an event template) gets used if you don’t enter some other address or list of addresses. If you REMOVE the default address from the field associated with the specific event and replace it with a different email address, the default address wouldn’t get a notification. But you can also add multiple addresses, which could include that default address.

I’m guessing you’ve figured this out, but just wanted to state for anyone else who reads this thread.

Actually, I did not notice that, Thanks for the heads up!
