RSVP not working

    I’m using Events Calendar 4.5.8 and Event Tickets 4.5.2
    For the last three events I’ve posted, I am able to go in, RSVP, and receive confirmation. For nearly everyone else, however, they fill out the RSVP then receive either a blank page or an error message stating either WordPress cannot complete the request, or general error.
    When I go into look at the attendees, I can normally see 2-3 names, but it will say 17 attendees (or 30, etc.)
    I’ve contacted Modern Tribe but because I have the free version, I am unable to gain assistance there. We are publishing through GoDaddy. GoDaddy suggested this forum. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    I’m sorry you are having that issue ??

    It sounds like there is some kind of error when trying to RSVP.

    First, to make sure it’s not a plugin or theme conflict, you should go through the Testing for Conflicts guide and see if anything changes?

    If that doesn’t change anything, then please enable?WP_DEBUG and?WP_DEBUG_LOG. This will create a debug.log file inside the /wp-content?directory.

    After that,?try?the RSVP a few times where you are having the issue, so that in case there is an error, it will be saved into the debug.log file. Please share that log file with us so we can spot?the problem from there.

    Meanwhile we have released newer versions of the plugins.

    Are you still experiencing the same issue? Have you managed to test / check what Victor suggested?
