RSVP end time changing after save

    I am using the free Event Tickets feature to RSVP attendance. We set the RSVPs to be available from Sunday at noon to Thursday at 11:30.

    I create the RSVPs, save them, then save the event, and usually at least one if not all the RSVP start and end times are wrong when I go back into the event to double-check it.

    If I change it enough times, it will stay. But my 11:30 pm gets changed to 11:00 am. It happens most with the end time of the RSVP.

    This has been happening for weeks. All the plugins, WP, and themes are up to date.

    Anyone else had this problem or solved it?

    Hi @papyrusdoc!

    I’m not sure why you’re having this problem. To my knowledge, this is not a known issue, and I haven’t been able to reproduce it on my local website.

    Are you using the new block editor or the classic editor? Did you enable “New RSVP Experience” (in Events > Settings > Display)?

    Your problem may be due to a conflict. I would recommend you to test for conflicts following these instructions: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/testing-for-conflicts/
