RSVP email doesn't include "additional guests"

Found another oddity that I thought I would point out that would help user experience.

If you have the plug-in configured to send an email when someone RSVP’s, if that guest adds additional users, those additional users are not mentioned in the email. For this reason, the recipient does not know that multiple people RSVP’d at that same time.

I know they could log into the website to see a list of all the people who have RSVP’d to date, but that kinda defeats the purpose of the email notification.

Something small, but reflects usability for sure.

That said, it is a great plug-in, just needs some polishing.
