RSS XML Parsing Error

  • when clicking on the rss feed for my site i get the error…

    “XML Parsing Error: xml declaration not at start of external entity
    Location: https://appaholic.co.uk/feed/
    Line Number 3, Column 1:<?xml version=”1.0″ encoding=”UTF-8″?>
    ^”

    I have looked at a post with the same problem, and then downloaded all php files in my root directory and removed any blank lines. I also tried changing my theme back to the original and disabling all my plugins

    the site is https://www.appaholic.co.uk (it has a 30 seconds redirect enabled just to let you know)

    Any help?
