rss to posts to tags

  • hi there
    i use a plugin to grape posts from rss
    but it gets those posts totally without tags

    i searched alot about tagger plugin i found one which analyze the content and get tags from it

    but i want a plugin >>>
    i provide it my list of tags
    it analyzes the posts (which would be already published) to find which matches for these tags
    and adds those tags to it

    can any one tell me which plugin (or any thing else) suites for this issue
