RSS title repeating twice

  • In the title of the RSS feed of my blog, the website title repeats twice..
    My website title is “Sri Lanka Poems”, and the feed title is “Sri Lanka PoemsSri Lanka Poems”
    srilankapoems.com/feed

    I found many old threads with the same problem but with no solution.. Any help would be appreciated!
