RSS Submit (Feed) Problems

  • Hi, I am very new to WordPress and don’t understand half of the IT and WordPress lingo so please have a lot of patience with me.

    Somebody got RSS Submit on my blog to distribute my articles. It was working till recently and now the error on the blog is: “An error has occurred; the feed is probably down. Try again later.” This blog is: https://www.getsamsungcellularphones.com/ Please can somebody help me. I have no idea where to go or what to do?

    I also want to install RSS Submit on the following blog: https://www.youngdriverscheapcarinsuranceonline.co.uk/. Can anyone please explain step by step how to get started to install in on my blog? What should I, download and what further?

    Both of the sites use WordPress 2.7.
