RSS Subcription "feed was disabled" message

Just getting started on WP so hopefully someone can help, in simple instructions.
I would like to add the RSS Widget to my blog for people to subscribe. Been at it for hours, reading all the info I can find but no luck.
I cannot find the “feed” info requested for the widget. Here’s what I get when I try to enter the url https://davidcschultz.com/blog/feed/

rss setup feed was disabled by administrator

Not sure if somehow I disabled this and if so where I can go to enable, or if I’m just completely missing something. I’ve searched the code, via “view source” and could not find what I think I should be looking for.
