rss problem?

Well I installed wordpress recently and I am liking it. However there is a bug in with the rss: https://azaratmusic.com/?feed=rss2
It keeps telling me:
XML Parsing Error: XML or text declaration not at start of entity
Location: https://azaratmusic.com/?feed=rss2
Line Number 2, Column 1:<?xml version=”1.0″ encoding=”UTF-8″?>
^What is that about? never did any changes to the RSS settings or anything?
