    That’s the expected behaviour, and you’ll see something similar when looking at any other RSS feed. These feeds are built to be read by RSS feed readers, so you won’t be able to read them in your browser.

    It’s also worth noting that these feeds are created by WordPress itself, so you don’t need any plugin to create them.

    before I gave the screen to subscribe to the feed, I do not understand what might have happened I have not changed anything ….

    Were you by any chance using an RSS feed plugin like Feedburner? It might have been what created a “subscribe to the feed’ page for you. Jetpack doesn’t create such a page for you, so I’m afraid I won’t be able to help you there.
